Key Selection Criteria for Women's Health Program Support Worker.





KEY SELECTION CRITERIA


KSC 1. Demonstrated possession of tertiary qualifications and extensive experience relevant to the duties of the position.

KSC 2. Well developed group work skills and the ability to develop,
document, facilitate and evaluate group programs and processes. Demonstrated knowledge of current issues and trends relevant to women.

KSC 3 Demonstrated understanding of primary health care, health
promotion and early intervention and the way in which it impacts women of all ages.

KSC 4. Demonstrated high level of written and oral communication skills, and interpersonal skills including, community networking,
consultation and liaison, and public speaking. Demonstrate a sound knowledge of the legal requirements regarding client case note recording and confidentiality.

KSC 5. The ability to work autonomously and as a team member,
under the supervision of the centre manager, in accordance with policies and procedures.

KSC 6. Possession of a current "A" class drivers licence, Possession of or willingness to obtain a suitability card from the Commission for Children and Young People and Current First Aid Certificate.
